Morale Strong At Sevens Media Day.

Despite the tough loss to the Westchester Knicks last night in Westchester, New York, Ty Greene hits the final bucket of the game. Delaware fell 115-90 to Westchester. Jordan McRae finished with 18 points, Ladarius White added 16 points, while David Laury netted 14 points and Gary Talton contributed 11 points. The 87ers were in high spirits this morning after practice, despite the loss.

Players were laughing, joking, showing off their excellent foot work while dribbling the basketball off their feet, as if it was a soccer ball. The 87ers looks like a team that has been playing together for multiple years, all while waiting to have their photos taken by NBA veteran photographer Dave Dow during the Sevens third annual media day.

Delaware’s 17-man pre-season roster will have to be trimmed down to 10 players as the season is set to get underway. The 87ers have been participating in pre-season training camp since Monday, November 2nd. Delaware will have its final roster in by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11th.

The Delaware 87ers will begin the 2015-16 NBA D-League season on Saturday, November 14th, where they’ll travel to face the Grand Rapids Drive at 7:00 p.m In grand rapids Michigan.

If you’re interested in seeing the 87ers in person this season, it might be in your best interest to look into the 87ers Fast Pass. This will allows users unlimited access to Sevens games during the 2015-16 season for just $87. Each fast pass is limited to two adults and four children under the age of 18 per household.
