THE HISTORIC 2016 COPA AMERICA CENTENARIO

The Copa America Local Organizing Committee (LOC) confirmed today the official pairings and kickoff times of the four Copa America Centenario Quarterfinal matches.

Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, United States and Venezuela are the eight nations that have qualified to the knockout round of this historic tournament, which is the most attended Copa America in its 100-year history and on track to become the second highest attended official soccer tournament in the United States after the 1994 FIFA World Cup.

The quarterfinal matches in East Rutherford, N.J. (June 17) and Santa Clara, Calif. (June 18), are nearing capacity crowds and tickets are expected to be sold out in advance of each match day.

The winners of each of the quarterfinal matches will advance to the semifinals of the Copa America Centenario, set for Tuesday, June 21, at NRG Stadium in Houston, and Wednesday, June 22, at Soldier Field in Chicago.

The Copa America Centenario finals weekend will kick off with the Third Place game on Saturday, June 25 at 8 p.m. ET at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., with the Final will take place on Sunday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
