DETV Foundation, Inc. (DETV) is a Wilmington, Delaware based self-sustaining public access/leased access (PALA) cable channel and studio facility. The purpose is to empower residents to share their voices and creativity, create a greater sense of community pride, and invigorate people with the power of media and artistic expression. Through channel programming, facility utilization, and educational training, DETV fosters an even stronger more engaged and informed Delaware.

Good Morning Wilmington (GMW) is Delaware’s favorite morning show! Each Monday, tune in to hear about local news and events to share the Delaware spirit with Ivan Thomas and Vincenza Carrieri-Russo! From the beautiful riverfront to the bustling downtown, we’ve got everything you need to kick off your week right!
The Agenda is DETV’s hit political show. Kerwin Gaines ensures everything on YOUR agenda is brought to the forefront of their attention through interviews with political figures and wave-makers.
DETV’s Every Woman is an empowering series dedicated to showcasing the stories of women from diverse backgrounds. It covers topics such as social justice, career advancement, and daily life as a woman. Every Woman videos offer a community that celebrates women and their resilience, creativity, and strength.
DETV News provides extensive coverage of local and national news three times a week. You can rely on the news to keep you informed on politics, healthcare, education, and community events. Accordingly, each news video is distributed on Comcast, Facebook, YouTube, and published on the website.
Our sports commentators bring weekly sports updates every Monday night. While on air, the hosts talk about what is currently happening in local and national sports.
