Lauren White, owner of DeToro’s Pasta will be joining Reuben’s Indian Kitchen today to make Samosa Triangoli. Together they will make a flavor-packed samosa potato filling to put into the homemade triangolo pasta. Reuben will be using the same filling to make Aloo Tikki.
