Delaware finally has a houseguest on the CBS reality show Big Brother. It took 24 seasons, but it has finally happened.
Bear, Delaware’s Monte Taylor will join 15 contestants in the “BB Motel” starting with a 90-minute premiere Wednesday night on CBS where viewers are being promised an opportunity to vote on something that could affect the game immediately.
Taylor is a personal trainer, along with a cast that includes an attorney, a Vegas performer, a hypnotherapist, a private chef, a chemical processing engineer, an interior designer and a personal stylist, among others, according to a press statement. All looking to take home a nice payday after a 12-week stay in front of the cameras.
The Bear man is one of the latest folks from northern Delaware in the past few months to compete on a reality show.
Newark sous chef & DETVs own Reuben Dhanawade was a finalist on the Food Network series ”Chopped: Desperately Seeking Sous Chef.“
The finale was Tuesday and while Dhanawade fell short, he made a name for himself on the platform.
Good luck to all the Delawareans competing on reality TV!
