Eagles Came Out Winners In The 2022 NFL Draft

Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles must have read our article and answered DETV prayers.

Because in our most recent article on the Eagles draft, we said Howie needs to get a Wide Receiver which they did AJ Brown, and a linebacker. I said in the article “it’s only one choice for a linebacker and that is Nakobe Dean from Georgia.”

The Eagles getting Nakobe Dean at the 83rd pick in the third round is an absolute steal. “It’s currently unknown the exact state of Nakobe Dean’s pectoral muscle or if he suffered an injury, but we do know is one of college football’s top linebackers is now a member of the Eagles.”

Nakobe Bean said in an interview after the draft “I’m healthy,” he said. “I’m ready to go. I know minicamp is next week and I expect to be a full participant for that. Why I dropped? It’s not in my control. There’s nothing I can do. There’s nothing I could do to make them pick me earlier. I’m grateful and blessed I have this opportunity.”

From Si.com “Dean was widely projected as a 1st-round pick before the rumors and after he landed with Philadelphia, the national media labeled the Eagles winners of day two as well.”

The Eagles came out as real winners of the 2022 draft it feels weird saying that after the past couple of years but Howie and the staff did an amazing job. But only time will tell how the players will go and then in a couple of years, we could really grade Howie and his staff. Because right now based on the players’ college performance he hit a home run. But none of that matters when you get to the NFL.
