Q: Can you tell us more about how First State Primary Care can impact low-income and marginalized communities?
A: At First State Primary Care, we believe that healthcare should be accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of their financial or social circumstances. By contracting directly with our patients, we can provide longer, same-day or following-day appointments and direct access to doctors via text, email, or phone. We also offer significantly reduced prices for medications, lab work, imaging, and in-office procedures like EKGs, Spirometry, Skin biopsies, Joint injections/Draining, wholesale medications, and at-cost lab work and imaging. This means that low-income and marginalized communities can access high-quality care without worrying about the financial burden that often comes with healthcare.
Q: How can First State Primary Care benefit seniors?

A: Our practice can be particularly beneficial for seniors who may have difficulty accessing healthcare due to financial or logistical barriers. Our membership pricing is designed to be affordable for everyone, ranging from $25/per month for children under 18 (with adult membership) to just $1/month for those over 100 years old. This includes office, home, and telehealth visits, direct access to your doctor via text, email, or phone, in-office procedures, wholesale medications, and at-cost lab work and imaging. This means that seniors can access comprehensive care without worrying about financial costs, leading to better health outcomes and improved quality of life.
Q: How does First State Primary Care compare to traditional healthcare practices?
A: Unlike traditional healthcare practices, we contract directly with our patients, which allows us to provide more personalized care that is tailored to their specific needs. This approach focuses on building solid relationships with our patients and providing affordable care. We also offer direct access to your doctor via text, email, or phone, so you can always get the care and support you need when you need it.
