Affordable housing units and programs to help first-time home buyers got a boost this week when New Castle County and state officials announced they have earmarked $55 million in federal pandemic relief dollars for programs and projects. One Mom in Wilmington’s Riverside neighborhood told DETV it would mean a whole new start for her family.
