Phillies Or Eagles Which One To Pick From Tonight?

This is the seventh time a World Series and NFL game take place on the same day, involving the same two metro areas, and first since 2011.

The other crazy thing about this is that both games will be going on at the same time.

Game 5 of the World Series between the Houston Astros & Philadelphia Phillies has a first pitch time of 8:03. While the NFL game between the Houston Texans & Philadelphia Eagles kickoff at 8:15.

Most people will be flicking back and forth between channels. But the Phillies game will probably have the most eyes glued to the TV because that is the bigger game with both teams tied 2-2 in the series.

The Eagles are undefeated at 7-0 but they are playing the Texans and everybody seems to believe that it will be a blowout victory for the Eagles.

The Phillies can no longer clinch a championship in Game 5 after Cristian Javier and Houston’s bullpen combined on just the second no-hitter in World Series history.

This could be a shock to many but Me personally I will be watching the Eagles vs Texans game instead of the Phillies game. My mind, body, & soul can’t watch the Phillies game because I will be stressing out completely. If I watch the Phillies game, I’ll be living & dying off of every pitch. But while watching the Eagles game I could possible watch the game stress free & enjoy myself.

Hopefully we enjoy a Philly sweep tonight & enjoy a good night’s sleep with the Eagles & Phillies winning tonight.
