We are deeply sadden to hear the news of former Wilmington City Council Woman and owner of RDI Solutions, Rysheema J. Dixon, passed away this morning unexpectedly. We here at DETV extend our condolences to the family and friends of Rysheema Dixon. Rysheema was a pillar in the City of Wilmington. Her loss will be felt by many in the community and around the world. We want to thank Rysheema for the work she has done and she will never be forgotten.
