Our discussions will cover key topics such as empowerment and wellbeing strategies, reentry, expungement, and reducing recidivism.
Thanks to the leadership of Senator Brown and Rep. Minor-Brown, Delaware has made significant strides in restorative justice, reforming the expungement process, banning deceptive interrogation techniques, and removing barriers to employment. Lt. Governor Hall-Long has also been instrumental in streamlining the commutation and pardons process and promoting trauma-informed justice approaches.
