MONDAY: Governor Carney to Sign SB 15, Raising the Minimum Wage to $15

WILMINGTON, Del. – Governor John Carney on Monday will join members of the General Assembly, union leaders, and advocates to sign Senate Bill 15, raising the minimum wage gradually to $15 an hour.
